Babbucce in tempo record!!

L' altro ieri mi è stato chiesto se era possibile eseguire all'uncinetto un paio di babbucce per neonato in breve tempo possibile, beh scettica del tempo, (con tutte le cose da fare non ero sicura) ma poichè amo le sfide sopratutto con me stessa mi sono messa subito all'opera e voilà, babbucce pronte in tempo record praticamente 1ora e 40!!! anche se secondo me ci sono tantissime ragazze che le fanno anche in meno di un ora!!!!io so proprio lentaaa!!!!!

Coperte della nonna!!!!!

Dopo riordinata l'armadio e la camera da letto, finalmente mia suocera mi ha donato due coperte stupende fatta dalla sua mamma per il suo corredo, una è stata realizzata in pura lana vergine fuxia e nero,l'altra in filo a mattonelle in vari colori con delle roselline sopra, poichè i colori si abbinano alla mia camera e sa che vado matta per le cose handmade me le ha donate entrambe!!!! un bel regalo sono moltoooo contenta anche perchè coperte così nessuno più è disposta a farle, e poi sono state fatte da mani esperte quindi hanno più valore!!!

Tre giorni di relax....

Eccomi qui...dopo quasi un mese di assenza!!!!!aah...bene ieri sono ritornata da un piccolo paesino in provincia di Salerno che si chiama Torchiara, io e mio marito ci siamo andati perchè volevamo trascorrere insieme tre giorni di puro relax in un Agriturismo con piscina, il posto è splendido,c'è una pace e una tranquillità su quelle montagne da sogno e il panorama è stupendoooo, e si mangia davvero beneeee!! dispiaciuta che ce ne siamo tornati davvero presto ma le cose da fare a casa ne sono parecchieeeeee, e gli scatoloni stanno sempre lì!!!!!Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci, sono stata davvero bene!!!!!

Ebbene si, dopo due anni di attesa sto nella mia dolce casetta tanto amata!!!!

Ho accantonato tutti i miei lavoretti per riordinare tutte le scatole, ma sto ancora in alto mare, ma a poco alla volta spero di riuscirci!!! anche xkè non riuscirei a stare senza i miei gomitoli e le mie matassine,sinceramente non amo molto il caldo, quindi spero che passi presto perchè fa troppo caldo ed è stressante ma appena posso nella mia lista dei desideri per inagurare la mia casetta eseguirò uno di questi schemi anche se non so quale eseguirò mi piacciono entrambi.....

Maionese in casa...

Purtroppo devo ancora attendere per comprare il mio nuovo pc, per ora sto usando quello di mio fratello,quindi non potendomi collegare col forum o sul blog spesso, ho deciso di fare la maionese in casa, anche xkè sono contro ai conservanti, e poichè mio nipote ne va matto, ho deciso di fargliela fare a lui..e devo dire la verità è venuta benissimooooo!!!!pronta per mangiare.....

Ecco la ricetta:

• 2 tuorli d’uovo
• un pizzico di sale
• 25ml di olio di semi
• 3 cucchiai di succo di limone filtrato
• aceto 

 Tutti gli ingredienti devono essere a temperatura ambiente. In una ciotola capiente aggiungete i tuorli d’uovo. Sbattete con una frusta per un paio di minuti. Aggiungete il sale e sbattete per 30 secondi fin quando i tuorli sono densi e appiccicosi. Iniziate a versare l’olio goccia a goccia, siate pazienti, se non fate così rischiate che la maionese impazzisca. Non appena la salsa diventa densa potete unire l’olio più rapidamente.
Quando la maionese è vicina alla consistenza che vogliamo aggiungete l’olio di semi,sbattete la maionese per altri 30 secondi e solo dopo versate il succo di limone e l'aceto, conservate in frigo!!
